“I honestly believe our traumas and our pains can be our greatest source of connection to one another if only we can find it in ourselves to open instead of close. That’s not to understate the significance of our joys but how much more beautiful would our sharing in them be because of it?
My work focuses on the interconnectedness of all things-micro and macro. Whether it be within the individual, a society, or our earth…no one thing is truly inseparable from another. Only when we begin to acknowledge the innately intertwined layers of our existence will we find a path towards wholeness and healing.”

As Catharsis
“As Catharsis is a deeply personal, two-part process exploring the disconnection between woman and body, it is meant to catalyze a symbiotic exhale between the woman sitting and the woman viewing…to initiate individual healing so that we may heal collectively.
